There is no agreement between Cheapoflyt and you until the company receives the initial registration deposit or amount. We only accept booking forms that are filled in and signed as it confirms that you accept our booking terms and condition and are willingly entering into the contract.

We reserve all the right to notify you about any increase or decrease in price before accepting your travel booking. Also, we are under no obligation to provide a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
All the offers and the status of sale conditions are subject to change without displaying any notice on the website. Payments for the travel and bookings need to be made in full using a genuine debit or credit card. We, at Cheapoflyt, accept all modes of payment and major credit/debit cards that have a billing address.

- CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY BOOKED

All travel schedules or changes are subject to the airline's rules and policies. So, we are not responsible for any changes to the flight schedule, accommodation, or bookings. Keep reading the website to stay updated with the latest airline rules and policies.
- CANCELLATION

The bookings that we make are non-refundable. In some cases, you might get a refund if the airline allows cancellations. To avoid any confusion about the cancellation of the bookings, you may discuss all the cancellation policies and rules with our customer service agent. All the changes related to the cancellation of the bookings are dependent on each airline's fare rules and policies which are beyond our control.
- PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

- BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

If you have additional baggage, you will have to pay that fee that has been kept by the airline. Most the airlines charge baggage fees for extra weight. The fees for the luggage will be dependent on the size and weight of the bag that you are carrying. You are advised to travel light to save extra baggage fees.
- BAGGAGE FEES FOR CONNECTING FLIGHTS

If your travel includes connecting flights, then you will have to claim your baggage at the connecting airport. In case of extra baggage, you will have to pay fees for it which depends on the airline policy, and we cannot do anything about this.
- SCHEDULE CHANGES OR FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS BY THE AIRLINE

Cheapoflyt doesn’t hold any responsibility for any delayed, scheduled, canceled, or missed flights. The changes that the airline makes in their flight’s operation are beyond our control and we cannot do anything about this. Airlines can make changes in their services according to the operational needs and customers will be notified about it.
- “FLEXIBLE TICKET” TERMS

By adding “Flexible Ticket” service you can make changes to date/or time of your flights as far as the terms below are met. Flexible Ticket is a service offered by Cheapoflyt and not by any airlines. You cannot make use of our Flexible Ticket service by contacting the airline directly. All rebooking requests must be made through our contact centre at 1800 592 244 or emailing us minimum 24 hours before the flight departure
“Flexible Ticket” allows you to change date and/or time of your flight booking under the terms set out in this section, without paying the airline’s change fee. This service can only be purchased at the time of making the booking.
When you opt for our “Flexible Ticket” service, we only serve as the mediatory between You and the airlines you are travelling with.
The Flexible Ticket allows flights to be rebooked under the following conditions
All Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the original time of departure by calling us on our number provided.
Rerouting is not Permitted, which means we cannot change the origin, Destination or stop over points.
Changes are only possible within the same airline, i.e., a flight can only be rebooked to a flight operated by the same airline as the one operating the originally booked ticket.
When you submit your credit/debit card for a purchase, we request an authorization for the amount of the anticipated transaction. However, if we are unable to confirm your booking amount, you will not be charged and a hold be released by your credit/debit card bank.
Flight segments must be used in the same order in which they were originally booked.
Upgrading to a different cabin, or booking class, on the same flight is not permitted.
Increasing the layover time is not permitted which means Rebooking a ticket for a so called “stop-over” (i.e., staying in a connection city longer than originally booked) is not permitted.
You cannot change origin and/or destination for the outbound or for the return flight.
Name changes are not permitted
The amount paid towards Flexible ticket would be Non-Refundable, once paid for
By paying for “Flexible ticket”, changes can only be made once. You will only pay fare and tax difference. Any subsequent changes will incur applicable penalty and difference in the new airfare.
Flexible tickets can only be added at the time of booking.

- OVERBOOKED FLIGHTS

There are chances of overbooking on the flight which means seats might not be available for the passengers. However, the passenger won’t be denied the seat if the booking has been confirmed until the airline gives compensation to the passenger for this. In case of any doubt or query, feel free to call us.
- UNACCOMPANIED MINOR

Please note that we do not provide our services or sell tickets to a minor who is under 18 years of age. You can check with the airline about minor traveling without any adult supervision. Connect with the airline by yourself to know their rules and regulations for minors.
- VISA REQUIREMENTS

In case of your booking denial because of no proper travel documents, we cannot do anything. You are advised to go through all the details of the airline and verify travel documents for the country to which you are traveling. Your transaction and booking with our company do not guarantee entrance to the country without having a Visa and other travel documents with you.
- BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

In case there are two or more airlines involved for connecting flights, you may need to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. In these cases, if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay extra fee that's assessed by each airline.
- GENERAL RESTRICTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

The traveler needs to understand the general restrictions of traveling that are given by the airline itself. Also, customers must confirm the departure of the flights to avoid any hassle. Keep checking the airline’s site for any last-minute updates or changes.
We cannot process all the requests for seats as the seat requests are forwarded to the airlines. For any sort of assistance of a wheelchair, or stretcher, contact the airline directly.
- ERROR DISCLAIMER

We cannot be held responsible for tickets that could not be processed due to errors or issues. Our company is not responsible for the declined ticket in case of credit card decline, or incomplete credit card information. In case we are unable to make contact with you, we hold all the rights to cancel the booking.
- TICKET RESTRICTIONS AND THE COMPANY’S POLICY

The confirmed bookings of tickets cannot be refunded or transferred in any case. The service fees that we charge are non-refundable. The booking charge doesn’t include the baggage fees for extra baggage.
We process the tickets and notify the confirmation customer via email with ticket information. All the customers who are travelers must have the travel documents that are needed for the destination. All changes in the flights, seats, or bookings are subject to airline rules and regulations and availability.
- ONLINE CHECK-IN FOR BOARDING

You can do online check-in for the flight all by yourself. You will have to do it from the airline's website.
- BAGGAGE RULES OF AIRLINES AND FEES

You may ask for additional baggage fees from the airline. Please check with your airline website to know about the latest information regarding airline baggage rules and fees.
- SEATS ON THE FLIGHT

In case of a required seat on the flight, we can send a request to the airline. However, the airline might not confirm your seats or request for which we will not be held responsible. The seats are mostly assigned at the check-in counter or while doing an online check-in.
- VOLUNTARY CHANGES

Although most itineraries ticketed by Cheapoflyt allow for changes, the majority of these itinerary changes require the issuance of a new ticket, as per airline policy. All changes are subject to availability, airline rules and regulations, penalties and a difference from the original airfare and our service fees. The airline has the final authority regarding itinerary changes and penalties.
- INVOLUNTARY CHANGES BY THE AIRLINE

At times, the airline may also directly make some involuntary changes, such as changes in travel time, layover time, changes in terminals, etc. These changes can occur at the very last minute and are beyond our team’s control. Thus, checking in with the airline 24 hours prior to your departure is highly recommended. We will be unable to assist you with any LCC bookings you have made, and in such cases, you will have to contact the airline for any schedule changes.
- CHANGES IN BOOKING FARE

Fares are dynamic in nature, so it's possible that the fare you saw changed before the tickets gets issued. In such cases, you will be notified of the changes, and you will have the option of either purchasing the ticket at a new fare or rejecting it. As a courtesy to our valued customers, Cheapoflyt will absorb the fare difference of up to $25 per passenger. Beyond that price, the passenger has the choice to not purchase the ticket, and in such circumstances, your credit card won’t be charged.
